Sub: Promotion from the grade of Senior Tax Assistant to the grade of Inspector and posting thereof - Regarding.

 

 

In pursuance of Establishment Order No. 132/2009 dated 21.12.2009, issued under F.No. 03/22/2008-Estt. Pt.-1 by the Additional Commissioner (P&V), Central Excise and Customs, Vadodara-I, Shri Shah Jignesh Hasmukhbhai, Senior Tax Assistant on promotion to the grade of Inspector, is hereby posted to the SEZ, Dahez on deputation, for the period of one year, w.e.f. joining in SEZ, Dahej.

 

 

2.                The abovementioned officer should note that he should exercise the option for fixation of pay in accordance with the instructions contained in Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure (Implementation Cell) Office Memorandum issued from F.No. I/I/2008-IC dated 13.09.2008. In terms of this O.M., a Government servant has an option under FR 22(I)(a)(I) to get his pay fixed in the higher post either from the date of his promotion, or from date of his next increment, viz 1st July of the year.

 

 

3.                This issues with the approval of the Commissioner, Central Excise, Ahmedabad-I.

 

 

4.                The Officer may be treated as relieved from this office in the afternoon of this day i.e. 15.01.2010.
