3. The offer of appointment (Memorandum) as Inspector of Central Excise & Customs to the individual candidate(s) is being issued separetely, a copy of which will be endorsed to the respective Commissionerates.
4. The seniority of the above mentioned candidates will be fixed as per the rank obtained in the concerned Staff Selection Commission examination and existing orders/ instructions, on the subject.
5. The Chief Commissioner, Central Excise, Ahmedabad Zone, Ahmedabad, has desired that all the newly recruited inspectors, on joining, are given an orientation training, for at least one week, by the concerned Commissionerates, before they are assigned specific postings.
