TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Quotations are invited from the registered authorized dealers engaged in marketing and sales services maintenance of R.O. Plants.

Total Six R.O. Plants are installed at different floors of Central Excise Bhavan, Ambawadi, Opp. Polytechnic, Ahmedabad are of 40-50 litres capacity. The rates may be quoted for ordinary services and comprehensive service contract on the following terms and conditions:

(1) Free replacement of defective/burnt-out Parts, with new or serviceable parts as and when required during the service contract.

(2) Free repairs of units and parts thereof at sight or in the service station.

(3) No other person except Contractor’s authorized representative shall be allowed to enter the Office premises.

(4) Within the premises of the Office, the Contractor’s personnel shall not do any private work other than their assigned duties.

(5) The Commissionerate reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without any prior intimation.

The Sealed Quotations should be addressed to the Joint Commissioner(P&V), 7^th floor, Central Excise Commissionerate-I, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. The Quotations should be received upto 15:00 hrs. of 10.04.10.

The Central Excise Commissionerate reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
