TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Quotations are invited from
the registered authorized suppliers for providing services of Air coolers on
hire basis about 40 (forty) (maximum) Air coolers will be required for the
Office of Commissioner, C.Ex. Ahmedabad-I, at Nr. Govt.
Polytechnic, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad - 380015. This service will be required
for a maximum four months i.e. April 2010 to July 2010, on the following terms
and conditions.
(1)
Air Coolers must be in well working condition.
(2)
It would be the responsibility of the Supplier to repair any
kind of fault/ damage arising in the Air Coolers during the operation period.
(3)
The Supplier should be capable to supply 40 Air Coolers and
he should also be able to replace the defective Air
Coolers during the hiring period with new or serviceable one.
(4)
All
these cooler should be owned in his/their name.
(5)
The rate quoted should be Rs. ____________ per cooler per
month.
The Sealed Quotations should be
addressed to the Joint Commissioner (P&V), 7th floor, Central Excise
Commissionerate-I, Nr. Govt. Polytechnic, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. The Quotations
will be received upto

to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
