Sub : Sale of Budget Bulletins – 2009

 

As the trade may be aware, the Central Government Budget for the year 2009 is going to be presented on 06.07.2009. Like in the past, the Directorate of Publications, Customs & Central Excise, New Delhi has decided to bring out printed Budget Bulletins on the following day for use of Departmental officers and also for sale to the trade and public. The price of the Budget Bulletins for sale to the Public will be printed on each Bulletin for Customs & Central Excise respectively. Copies of the said Bulletins would be available to the public at the Control Room of the Central Excise Bhavan, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad – 380 015 on payment of the charges as printed on the Bulletin at 11.30 hours on 08.07.2009 onwards. The Buyers are advised to get the receipts in form T.R. 5 towards payment for Budget Bulletins from the Officer-in-charge (sales) while purchasing the Bulletins.

 

2.                     All Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and the Members of the RAC/PGRC are requested to bring this to the notice of their members/manufacturers.
