              A copy of letter F. No. Coord II/9-14/OBC/07/81 dated 06.08.2009 issued by the Controller of Accounts, Office of the Pr. Chief Controller of Accounts, Central Board of Excise & Customs, New Delhi,  on the above subject is enclosed herewith for information and guidance for the trade and field formation. The said letter is self-explanatory.
